Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Graded mobile application (“App”), operated by Vector Labs, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Graded is a personal productivity and self-tracking tool designed to help users track personal standards, habits, and performance metrics.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• use the App in a way that harms other users or the service

2. User Data

Graded allows users to create and store personal information such as:

• personal standards
• performance tracking data
• journal entries
• analytics derived from that data

Unless otherwise stated, this information is stored locally on your device.

Limited app usage and product analytics information may be processed by third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

You are responsible for the information you choose to store in the App.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

After completing onboarding, you may use Graded with full access for a 7-day free trial period. This trial is provided by the App and is not an Apple introductory subscription offer. When the trial period ends, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase through the App Store. You may purchase a subscription at any time during or after the trial.

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) and lifetime access are available through the App Store. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed at the listed price when purchased; they do not include an Apple introductory free trial. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no introductory offer.

You may subscribe during the trial from Settings in the App. Restore purchases is supported for users who have previously bought a subscription or lifetime access.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account and are governed by Apple's billing policies.

Graded is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Payments are processed by Apple, not by us.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software within the App are owned by Vector Labs, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

6. No Guarantees

Graded is intended as a productivity and personal reflection tool.

We do not guarantee that using the App will lead to specific personal, professional, or behavioral outcomes.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
